Fish contains fatty acids such as Omega-3 which helps in building muscle mass. It is better to move for cold water fish which contains Salmon along with Tuna and Trout. They contain a good amount of protein and fats which helps in building muscles. Canned fish is also the best option when you move to high protein diet. They serve dual advantage of losing fat along with building muscles. Oily fish is also best as it helps in reducing fat along with increasing the metabolism in the body through which more energy is provided in the body.
