You can easily do this exercise for your abs whenever you are free and it takes very less time. Stand straight with body weight balanced. Slowly bend down by extending your arms towards your feet. Keep hands straight and legs also straight. Retain this position for few seconds and then slowly return to the standing position. Then begin again and practice few rounds of this easy exercise.
