This is also very easy exercise that you can do at home. Lie on the stomach with the chin touching the ground. Toes should be flat. Stretch the arms forward. Breathe deeply and lift your chest, legs, arms and thighs above the floor level. By this way you will be stretching your abdominal area. Slowly lower down and then after resting for few seconds again start this exercise. Practice few rounds. You can use a mat for doing this exercise as you have to lie down and it will give you more comfort.
