Begin with kneeling on the floor and lean towards your right side. Right palm should be placed on the floor. Try to balance your body weight. Extend the left leg and remember to point your toes. Keep left hand besides the head and elbows should face the roof top. Now raise your leg to the height of your hip, slowly raise the arm above the leg with palm facing in a forward direction. Try to bring the left side of the ribcage near the butt. Come to the original position and do some rounds by alternating. This exercise will tone your abs.
