This is a very simple exercise for your abs. Lie down on your stomach and the face should see the floor. Keep your palms near your chest area. Legs should be placed together. Slowly raise your neck and head, lift your chest from the floor with the support of your arms and palms should be straight and parallel on the floor. Try to raise the head as much as possible. It will stretch the back, shoulders and the abdominal region. Retain the position for few seconds and then return to the original posture. Breathe deeply in the entire process. It is a great workout for abs and it is very good for treating cervical pain.
