Black coffee usually increases the energy level it is best to take it before workout whereas caffeine increases the nervous system activities. Since the black coffee does not have any calories it is most preferred food item in the weight loss program. It makes bad idea when you try to add sugar or milk to the black coffee since it increases the calories level. In addition it also increases the fat burning metabolism in the body which automatically reduces the weight it is said that if you had 1 cup of black coffee it gives 2 calories. Drinking large amounts of coffee can cause a spike in blood pressure and heart rate. Studies have suggested that coffee increases heart rate, thanks to caffeine’s impact on hormones and neurotransmitters. But drinking coffee in moderation—one to three cups per day–shouldn’t have a noticeable impact on a healthy adult.
