Similar to all other food items radish also has rich fiber content which helps to keep you fuller for longer time. In general radish is supposed to consume before your workout in order to high efficiency. More over if you in take one cup of radish which would contain 3 grams of fiber approximately it includes 12 percentage of fiber which is necessary on daily basis. Since the fiber takes more time to break once you in take radish it suppress unwanted food cravings. It is really hard to take raw radish so it can be consumed in form of soups, juices, salads and cooked vegetables. It is preferred that 100 grams of radish will provide 15 calories.
