This yoga pose not only helps in reducing back pain but it is also really excellent for improving the overall body posture. Start in a sitting position and bring your right foot outside the left knee. Now slowly extend your left arm in the upwards direction and try to hook the left elbow outside the right knee. Also look over the right shoulder. Maintain the position for few seconds and then release it. Now practice with the opposite side. Few minutes with this yoga posture on a daily basis can really improve the situation of back pain.
