It is a very easy pose that you can do at anytime at home. This posture is a great exercise for spine and chest region. Lie down on your stomach and bring out the forearms such that palms are parallel on the ground. After that slowly lift your chest and try to maintain a straight head position. The legs should lie in straight direction and after few seconds return to the normal posture. Few rounds of this yoga pose will provide great relief in back pain.
