It is a very powerful posture to lose weight. It focuses on abdominal region, back, neck and shoulders. It improves flexibility and stimulates thyroid gland. Sit on your feet in a parallel position such that your knees are close together. Come on your knees and bend backwards such that you are able to hold your heels. Try to hold this position for several seconds and then slowly come back to the original position. This yoga posture helps to relieve constipation and strengthening of muscles.
