Sit down on the floor in a position where your legs are straight. Hands should lie on the floor with fingers pointing towards the feet. Lift yourselves a little bit and bend a little backwards. Try to stretch the frontal part of your torso. Slowly bend your knees such that you are able to raise your feet above the ground while making an angle of 45 degrees with the ground. Stretch your arms in parallel position to the ground. Maintain it for several seconds and then return to the original form. It is also a wonderful way to lose weight.
