In a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt and cornstarch. Add a mixture of blended egg and beer to this bowl. Prepare white sauce side by side using yogurt, mayonnaise and lime juice. You can add jalapeno, cumin and other ingredients to this sauce. Heat oil in a pan. Cut fish into pieces and by using a little flour dip it into the mixture you prepared and fry them until brown. Fry the tortillas lightly and place the fish on it. Serve it with cabbage and white sauce.
