Take a bowl and add some olive oil, onions, salt, black pepper, garlic, parsley and keep it aside. Use 3/4th of this mixture in the bowl to marinate the fish and keep the marinated fish in the refrigerator by covering it. Preheat the griller and use a little oil. Now after 30 minutes take out the fish from refrigerator and place it on the grill which is already preheated. You can use the remaining 1/4th mixture in the cooking process. Cook for about 20 minutes till the fish is really soft and completely cooked.
