Marinate the fish with lemon, chili powder, salt and turmeric. Leave it aside for 20 minutes so that it absorbs all the ingredients. Prepare a fine powder of pepper seeds in a mixer grinder. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Now add the marinated fish to the pan. Flip it from time to time so that no part remains uncooked. After few minutes add pepper powder and curry leaves. This dish can be served with freshly sliced onions.
