In a mixer grinder prepare a blend of herbs by adding cumin seeds, sea salt, peppercorns, red chilies, dry herbs, lemon, garlic cloves, coriander and a little olive oil. You will get a paste that you have to use while cooking. Take a baking tray and grease it with olive oil. Now the paste that you have prepared needs to be applied on the fish and keep it aside for some time so that it is completely marinated. Now place the fish on the tray and keep it in the oven at 220 degree centigrade for about 12 minutes. Your delicious recipe is ready for taste within a short time.
